A run for everyone

If you’re new to running and looking for your first challenge, why not take on a 5k or 10k fun run or race? You can use the stamina (and pride) you get from completing that event to build yourself up to half-marathon, and then full marathon level. Once you’ve run a few of those go for the ultimate and try and Ultra Marathon!

ClareBear_150x150Looking to up the difficulty and fun a little further? We love it when someone runs as the Clare Bear! We’ve also got places at obstacle, colour and zombie runs, so if you like your runs a little more adrenaline filled we’ve for something for you too!

Represent St Clare

A smiling runnerWe have guaranteed entry places for runs up and down the country, so if you are looking to take part in a big event why get in touch with St Clare and apply to run for us. If you have secured your own place in an event, we’d still love to have you on our team. Get in touch and let us know where you’re running and we’ll give you all the support we can muster.

Reasons to run with us

Five smiling people with St Clare bibs

1. You will be supporting local people with life limiting illnesses. From clinical supplies to staff for home visits, the money you raise will help St Clare provide our essential care.
2. You will get an exclusive St Clare Hospice running top* (T&C’s apply)
3. You will get all the fundraising help you need to reach your goal. We can provide you with the tools and ideas to quickly and easily raise money. We’ve helped hundreds of runners fundraise for us to date, so we have the expertise to help you!
4. You can come in and talk to us, or have a phone chat regarding any questions you have about fundraising, training, the event or our services. Ask about our runners evenings.
5. We’ll be cheerleading you all the way. From sharing your story on social media (or even our site if it’s a good one!) to pumping you up on the day, we’ll do what we can to let everyone know what a hero you are.
