This masterclass is part of St Clare Hospice’s series of lunchtime lectures, covering a range of subjects relating to end of life care. It presents an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge from experienced practitioners in palliative and end of life care.
The talk will cover the use of SPIKES in difficult communication scenarios, and will be delivered by a nurse from the Hospice’s Inpatient Unit, along with Dr Syed Qamar Abbas, who is the Medical Director and Consultant in Palliative Medicine at St Clare Hospice and Princess Alexandra Hospital.
