Find out about our work, our services, and how to get involved

Our Open Hospice events are back – this time running during the annual Hospice Care Week (4 – 8 October), to celebrate raising awareness of hospice care in your local community.

Do you work in the local health, social care or voluntary sectors?

At this Open Hospice event, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about our brand-new Wellbeing Hub, which we’ll be launching during Hospice Care Week.

The Wellbeing Hub is a newly developed service at St Clare, aiming to provide vital support to people living with a life-limiting illness – right from the point of diagnosis. With a focus on therapeutic services, both physical and psychological health, and overall wellbeing, learning more about our Wellbeing Hub will help to ensure that the people you work with get access to specialist care that can really help to improve quality of life.

Please come along to learn more about our care and how to refer to us; as well as discovering opportunities about the professional education and training we offer around end of life care.

Book your place

This event is taking place on Monday 4th October 2021 from 1pm – 2pm via Zoom.

It is free to attend but you must register in advance on Eventbrite to receive the Zoom event link.
