Find out about our work, our services, and how to get involved

Our Open Hospice events are back – this time running during the annual Hospice Care Week (4 – 8 October), to celebrate raising awareness of hospice care in your local community.

Would you like to learn more about our services for local people living with a life-limiting illness?

At this Open Hospice event, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about our brand-new Wellbeing Hub, which we’ll be launching during Hospice Care Week.

The Wellbeing Hub is a newly developed service at St Clare, aiming to provide vital support to people living with a life-limiting illness – right from the point of diagnosis. With a focus on therapeutic services, both physical and psychological health, and overall wellbeing, our Wellbeing Hub offers life-changing support with an aim to improve quality of life through free, specialist care.

Please come along to learn more about our care; discover whether our support could benefit you; and how to access our services which are free of charge.

Book your place
