Join us for a full day of training, delivered by Hospice specialists and key partners who are working within the Learning Disabilities field, on Wednesday 22nd September. The study day, which is approved and accredited by the Royal College of Physicians (5 CPD points), will be delivered via Zoom and will look at:

• The barriers to providing gold standard palliative care for patients with learning disabilities

• Supporting patients with learning disabilities – before and after death

• Multidisciplinary Team-working in Palliative care for patients with Learning disabilities
