DESCRIPTION:Honour the memory of your loved ones at St Clare Hospice’s Forever Flowers Picnic this June\nCelebrate the life of someone special by dedicating a beautiful bespoke\, handcrafted forget-me-not Forever Flower in memory of the people you have loved and lost. \nWhat is a Forever Flower?\nOur limited-edition pink St Clare Forever Flowers offer you the chance to commemorate cherished memories. \nFor £28\, your Forever Flower is yours to treasure – at home\, in your garden\, or somewhere that holds special meaning to you. \nOr\, if you prefer\, we’d be honoured to include your forget-me-not in our beautiful display of Forever Flowers in the hospice garden\, where patients and families can enjoy them. \nEvery Forever Flower that is purchased this summer will help the hospice continue its caring work. The suggested donation (£28) you make\, in exchange for your Forever Flower\, will contribute to St Clare Hospice care. \nEnsuring that our specialist\, dedicated team can continue caring for people who are approaching the end of their life\, as well as providing comfort and support for their relatives and friends. \nThe Forever Flowers Picnic\nOnce you have made your dedication\, you are welcome to join us at our summer Forever Flowers picnic. This heartfelt event will be a show of love and a shared promise to always remember. \nBring your family\, friends\, and a picnic along to enjoy a meaningful afternoon together.
