DESCRIPTION:Remember someone special at Old Park Meadow\, Dunmow this December\nWe would like to invite you\, your family and friends to join us at this year’s Light up a Life service hosted by Old Park Meadow and St Mary’s Church in Dunmow. \nLight up a Life is our annual celebration of everything that St Clare Hospice stands for – joining together with families from across our community in honour of their loved ones. Candles are lit as we remember\, with every shining light representing the life and memories of a loved one. \n\nDate – Thursday 3 December 2026\nTime – 7pm\nLocation – Old Park Meadow Natural Burial Ground\, Coppice Lane\, North End\, Dunmow\, CM6 3PL\n\nEveryone is welcome to attend\, whether you or not have experienced St Clare’s care\, and no matter how long ago your loss was. \nYou will only need to register for the Light up a Life services held at St Clare Hospice – if you want to attend a service in the community\, such as Dunmow\, please just arrive on the day at the time listed. \n\nLight up a Life stars\, dedications and donations\nIf you would like to request a Light up a Life star to put on your personal tree\, dedicate names to the Book of Remembrance or make a donation to the hospice\, please use the below booking form. \n \n\n\nGriefLine – if you want to talk\, we’re here.\n\nGriefLine (01279 945089) is a free bereavement and grief support callback service for anyone living in West Essex and East Herts who is struggling with grief. \nIt doesn’t matter if your loss was recent or in the past\, our trained GriefLine volunteers are here to listen. Candles are lit as we remember\, with every shining light representing the life and memories of a loved one. \n\nDate – 4.30pm\nTime – Saturday 5 December 2026\nLocation – Stansted Memorial Gardens\, Chapel Hill\, Stansted Mountfitchet\, Essex\, CM24 8AQ then refreshments to follow at St John’s Church\, St John’s Rd\, Stansted Mountfitchet\, Stansted\, CM24 8JP\n\nThis year’s service will take place outdoors in the Memorial Gardens on Chapel Hill before guests are invited to enjoy refreshments at St John’s Church Hall. \nEveryone is welcome to attend\, whether you or not have experienced St Clare’s care\, and no matter how long ago your loss was. \nIf you want to attend a service in the community\, such as Stansted Mountfitchet\, please just arrive on the day at the time listed.  \nWhilst it is not essential\, we would appreciate it if you could let us know whether you are able to attend so that we can keep track of numbers.
