‘Colour to Care’ for your hospice, St Clare!

With all this extra time indoors on our hands, here at St Clare we’re delighted to launch our new Activity Book and Colouring Book – two perfect ways to keep the kids entertained from home!

With pages jam-packed full of puzzles, quizzes and beautiful artwork designed by local artists, illustrators and tattooists, our new books offer both children and adults alike a calming activity to fill in the time whilst staying at home.

Did you know: Colouring is a relaxing, therapeutic activity that has been proven to reduce anxiety and improve mental health? (Creativity Research Journal 2017).
