Location: St Clare Hospice, Hastingwood, CM17 9JX
Salary: £26,035 – £30,946 per annum (depending on experience, plus 5% High Cost Area Allowance))
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working a variable shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 8pm over 7 days. We welcome part-time applications and job share applications.
Overview of role
Due to the expansion of the Community Services at St Clare Hospice We are looking to recruit highly motivated Registered Staff Nurse to join our Hospice at Home Team based at St Clare Hospice, working in the local community. You will be part of a team of Hospice at Home Team leaders and Nursing Assistants.
You will be required to share in the daily coordination of the caseload and the team of Nursing Assistants. Delivering high standards of specialist care, through a holistic approach to patient centred care for palliative patients in their own homes. The role will involve collaborative working with our colleagues in health, social and voluntary sectors, working a variable shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 8pm over 7 days.
There are opportunities for career progression as a Community Nurse Leads and our Clinical Nurse Specialists.
