Salary: £32,512 – £38,651 per annum (depending on experience) plus 5% High Cost Area Allowance
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week over 7 days
Overview of role
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Team Leader to join our Hospice at Home Team based at St Clare Hospice working in the local community. You will be part of a team of Hospice at Home Team leaders working closely with the Team of Nursing Assistants.
You will be required to share in the management of the caseload and coordination of the team, delivering high standards, through a holistic approach to patient centred care. The role will involve collaborative working with our colleagues in health, social and voluntary sectors, working a variable shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 8pm over 7 days.
