Location: St Clare Hospice, Hastingwood, Essex, CM17 9JX 

Salary: £38,211.60 – £46,011 per annum FTE (depending on experience) including High Cost Area Allowance and enhancements.

Hours: Full time 37.5 hrs per week (part time considered)

We are excited to announce that we have introduced a new Sister/Charge Nurse role into our In Patient Unit team.  We are now looking for the right person who can help us to lead our small, friendly and forward thinking team.

As IPU Sister/ Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day to day running of the IPU and will lead a dedicated and compassionate team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants who work within a wider multi-disciplinary team of staff and volunteers to deliver high quality patient-centred care.

This role will be 75% clinical and management and 25% audit, research and education.
