Coronavirus update – 5th October

Welcome back!

We are delighted that ALL nine of our charity shops are now OPEN! Please check the shop pages for our latest guidance, as well as opening days and times, as these may have changed since re-opening.

Update on making donations to our shops

All of our shops are now able to take donations, however, due to an increase in donated stock, we strongly advise that you call your preferred shop ahead of your visit to ensure that we are able to take your pre-loved goods.

Please note that furniture donations must be brought to our Harlow Edinburgh Way store or our Donation Centre and Outlet Store in Bishop’s Stortford.

Our furniture collection service remains temporarily suspended, however, we will release an update on this service in due course. We also kindly also ask that you do not leave any donations outside any of our shops, or Donation Centre. Please ensure your donations are taken by a member of the shop team.

Remember to check our Donation Guidelines if you are unsure about anything, below.

Thank you so much for your continued support.

Our special thanks to Wincanton Plc who have provided extra storage space for our donations, free of charge.
