Angela Proctor joined St Clare Hospice as Director of People and Communities in September 2023. She joins the hospice with a wealth of Hospice sector experience having worked as Hospice of St Francis' Director of HR for 16 years.

Within Angela’s role, she is responsible for Human Resources, Community Engagement and Volunteering.

Angela’s career has spanned a number of different sectors, including the Hospice sector during her long-term role at Hospice of St Francis, as well as her time spent consulting and delivering HR projects.

Angela is committed to ensuring St Clare continues to be a great place to work and is also passionate about making best use of our staff and volunteers’ diverse experience, expertise and skills to deliver outstanding patient care.
