The second annual St Clare Hospice Palliative Care Conference will take place on Wednesday 27th September 2023, at the Manor of Groves Hotel. It is open to all healthcare and social care professionals and providers nationally.
The theme of the conference is ‘Placing the person at the centre of their care’.

The conference is an opportunity to learn from experts across a broad range of disciplines and healthcare settings, including hospitals, community, care homes and hospices. As a result, the conference provides delegates with the latest evidence and experiences to overcome barriers and challenges the sector is facing.
This conference provides networking and learning opportunities for all. Suited to anyone working in a palliative care environment, and those for whom end of life care is a consideration in their wider work. It is accredited through the Royal College of Physicians and offers delegates the opportunity to gain six CPD points.
Held in West Essex, with good transport links from the East of England, Greater London, Central London, and surrounding areas.
