Seek guidance on managing symptoms, maintaining independence and adapting to change at St Clare Hospice’s Neurological Support Group
The group meets in the St Clare Community Space on the first Tuesday of every month from 1.30pm to 3pm. It offers a safe, supportive environment where people can access hospice wellbeing services earlier in their diagnosis, build confidence and connect with others who understand the challenges of living with neurological conditions.
The group is facilitated by St Clare’s therapy team and Clinical Nurse Specialists, alongside EPUT’s Community Neurological Team, ensuring your receive expert, joined-up support in one accessible setting.
Although the group is open access, participants will need to be referred through St Clare’s First Contact Service. Both self-referrals and professional referrals are welcome.

The St Clare Hospice Neurological Support Group is kindly funded by The Charles S French Charitable Trust.
