St Clare Hospice Palliative Care Conference 2023: Placing the person at the centre of their care
The St Clare Hospice Palliative Care Conference 2023 took place on Wednesday 27th September 2023, at the Manor of Groves Hotel, welcoming healthcare and social care professionals and providers from across the country. The theme for the conference was Placing the person at the centre of their care.
2023 Agenda
Overview
The conference was an opportunity to learn from experts across a broad range of disciplines and healthcare settings, including hospitals, community, care homes and hospices. As a result, the conference provided delegates with the latest evidence and experiences to overcome barriers and challenges the sector is facing.
This conference provided networking and learning opportunities for all. Suited to anyone working in a palliative care environment, and those for whom end of life care is a consideration in their wider work. It was accredited through the Royal College of Physicians and offered delegates the opportunity to gain six CPD points.
The event was held at the Manor of Groves Hotel, on the Herts/Essex border, with good transport links from the East of England, Greater London, Central London, and surrounding areas.
