Get ready for an unforgettable evening as St Clare Hospice proudly brings back its much-loved Night Walk for a second year.

Gather your friends and family for an uplifting experience as you take on an atmospheric 5-mile walk under the night sky – in aid of St Clare Hospice.

A fun, memorable night out with those you love, all while helping raise vital funds for local hospice care.



This brilliant night of walking, fun and laughter is open to everyone aged 12 years and over. Participants aged 12-17 years old must be registered in addition to and accompanied by another participant aged 18 and over.

All walkers will receive:

• Exclusive Night Walk finishers medal

• Entry to the Epping Night Walk

• St Clare branded t-shirt

• Complimentary drink

When registering for the Night Walk, select your t-shirt size and collect your t-shirt on the day of the event at the event village. 

The Night Walk is 5 miles. We estimate that the walk will take around 1 hour and 40 mins to complete but, no matter your timing, we will be there to cheer you on from start to finish!

The terrain of the route will take place on pavements throughout Epping. If you’d like to assess whether this event is accessible for you, our fundraising team are happy to help.

As the Night Walk begins at 10pm, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate dogs at this event.

There will be refreshments available to purchase at the event village before the walk and you will be welcomed with a complimentary drink at the finish line. Please remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated on the walk.  

Absolutely! We will have flashing and glow-in-the-dark accessories available to buy on the night so you can go all out!

There will be toilets available at the start and finish of the route at Epping St Johns School.

Yes, parking will be available at the event location.
