What’s included in each session?
Included with every ticket:
- Entrance to our magical pop-up grotto at Harlow Garden Centre
- A chance to gather food for Rudolph ready for Christmas Eve

What does it cost?
Grotto tickets are £15 (plus booking fee) per child.
Each booking includes up to two accompanying adults per family. Any additional adults will be charged £3 each at the door.
Santa can welcome a maximum of four children per visit. If your group includes more than four children, please contact us in advance to make suitable arrangements.
When will the Grotto be open?

Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Who can attend a Santa visit?
Each booking includes up to two accompanying adults per family. Any additional adults will be charged £3 each at the door.
Santa can welcome a maximum of four children per visit. If your group includes more than four children, please contact us in advance to make suitable arrangements.
Can babies attend the grotto?
Yes – babies aged 2 and under can attend free of charge if they’re accompanying others and not taking part. Please note that only registered children with a paid ticket will receive a gift from Santa.
Where will the Grotto be?
Harlow Garden Centre: Canes Ln, Hastingwood, Harlow CM17 9LD
There is free parking available on-site. The Garden Centre Café offers toilet and baby changing facilities as well as food and drink options. The venue is wheelchair accessible to ensure ease of access for all visitors.
Please note that dogs are not permitted in the Grotto area.
Clear signage will be displayed throughout the venue to help guide you to the Grotto.
