‘Tis the season to share: A festive gathering to connect, create and help improve local services
Join us for a free festive event designed to bring older adults together to connect, enjoy good company and share valuable experiences.
This special gathering is a collaboration between NHS West Essex Talking Therapies and St Clare Hospice, supported by Vita Health Group.
Come along for a relaxed and festive day including:
- A delicious lunch
- Creative bauble decorating
- Short, informative talks on the emotional wellbeing support available through NHS Talking Therapies.
Together, we’ll celebrate the season while sharing ideas and feedback that can help shape and improve local services for the future. Your voice matters – and this is your chance to be heard in a friendly, festive setting.
