Nick previously worked in policy development and influencing across issues affecting BHF and the wider charity sector, such as fundraising, COVID-19 business support, and volunteering. Prior to this, he worked in policy and research roles in a small charity, local authority, and at the Fundraising Regulator.
St Clare has played an important role for Nick and his family, having supported his father-in-law several years ago. Having always lived locally, Nick can regularly be found in the hospice’s shops or at events, and he’s keen to bring his skills and experience to the Board to help St Clare develop over the coming years.
Nick lives with his family in Stansted Mountfitchet. Outside of work you’ll usually find Nick running or walking, brewing, digging at his allotment, or trying to keep his four-year-old occupied!
