We will arrange a convenient time to view the property and provide a bespoke quote for the level of clearance you require. The charge for this service goes towards covering our costs and for disposal of unsaleable items. The profit from items sold in our shops, as well as any income from recycling, goes directly toward patient care within West Essex and East Hertfordshire.

Are there any items Clearance by St Clare is unable to remove?
Due to regulations and health and safety, we are unable to remove gas or oxygen bottles, asbestos, large quantities of oil and paint tins, ammunition & explosives, car tyres, medical or chemical waste, or any areas that have pest infestations. Please note this list is not exhaustive, but we will discuss with you prior to commencement if we cannot take any items.
