Trek across Tanzania to the summit of Kilimanjaro and support your local hospice
Take on the challenge of a lifetime as you trek Mount Kilimanjaro, meanwhile raising life-changing funds for St Clare.
Kilimanjaro is located in the north-east of Tanzania, on the border with Kenya, and is the highest mountain in Africa.
This trek will take you through the Machame Route to the summit of Kilimanjaro, which is considered the most scenic route on the mountain but also one of the best for acclimatisation, and therefore success of reaching the summit.
As you trek through Tanzania, you’ll find yourself immersed in a stunning variety of flora and fauna, with the north-eastern country arguably one of the best nature and wildlife-watching destinations on the planet.
Subject to the weather conditions, you may also find yourself gifted with picturesque views of Kibo, the main summit cone, for the majority of your trek.
This 7-day trek is known for being tough with The Different Travel Company, grading Trek Kilimanjaro as challenging to extreme.
Each day you will trek up to 8 hours per day. So if you’re looking for a trek that pushes you to your limits and challenges you as an individual this is the one to pick.
