Terms and conditions: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellation by St Clare Hospice. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be provided upon request if the rescheduled date is unsuitable for the attendee. An adult must accompany any children under 16 years of age. By attending a St Clare Hospice event, ticket holders consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the grotto staff upon arrival. St Clare Hospice is committed to providing accessible events.
