St Clare Dunmow charity shop

Coronavirus update – 15th June 2020

Our network of nine charity shops still remain closed for now – but we are very busy getting them ready for your safe return. We can’t wait to welcome our donors and shoppers back soon!

This closure includes the suspension of all furniture collections and acceptance of new donations to our shops. We kindly ask that you do not leave any donations outside any of our nine shops, or Donation Centre. Keep your donations at home a little longer and we will let you know as soon as we are ready to receive them.

We have planned a phased reopening for our Hospice shops over the next few weeks – and will be posting on our social media channels and website with the exact dates of opening once they are confirmed.

When they do reopen, we will have put measures in place to keep you, our staff and volunteers, safe. These include: hand sanitising stations, social distancing throughout the shops, all stock in storage for 72 hours after donating, and our recommended payment method will be contactless and card payments where possible.

Thank you so much for your continued support. We can’t wait to welcome you all back into our shops soon.

You can continue to keep shopping with us online, from the comfort of your own home, by visiting our eBay store. Please visit ebay.co.uk/str/stclarehospice
