Before joining St Clare, Sheona’s managed a multidisciplinary community team at Farleigh Hospice. She has also worked with Macmillan, NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups, private specialist care providers and care homes.
Sheona has significant experience in operational management, service development, clinical governance and quality improvement. She is currently working towards a Masters degree in Voluntary Sector Management at City, University of London, which she finds extremely motivating and she is keen to put her knowledge into practice at St Clare.
Sheona is passionate about supporting the teams at St Clare to continue to deliver excellent care to patients and their families, and is looking for opportunities to improve and expand our services.
