Lawrence is the CEO of the Global Infrastructure Investor Association (GIIA) which represents infrastructure investors with a combined total of US$1.3tn of assets under management. GIIA works globally with Governments and stakeholders to help in the delivery of the infrastructure we need today and tomorrow.
Prior to the GIIA, Lawrence was Chief Executive of Energy UK, leading work on the energy transition to net zero. He has been involved in the energy industry since the late 1990’s working in countries all over the world. Lawrence is a Non-Executive Director of Connected Kerb an EV charge point operator, a Board Trustee of the Money Advice Trust and a Fellow of the Energy Institute.
Outside of work Lawrence is a keen sailor, keeping a boat on the Blackwater estuary, an enthusiastic cyclist, and skier.
