I decided to take up the role of Trustee at St Clare as the hospice provides support, care and hope when it is most needed.

I look forward to learning, contributing and assisting more in the challenges ahead, and want to continue utilising my skills and experience that I have gained within the NHS. I am very privileged to be part of such a committed community and to be able to be involved in such a worthwhile charity.

I have a keen interest in patient care and clinical governance and have a deep commitment to clinical quality and ensuring that we continue to strive to improve patient and family experience.

The hospice has such an amazing reputation in the local community and I am proud to be associated with it and look forward to help and support whichever way I can.

Outside of work I am a keen gardener and enjoy the gym and skiing. I love to travel and continue to try and learn Italian. The family has recently acquired a black Labrador puppy who is testing us but really has enriched family life.
