Come along to the Grand Opening of our brand-new shop, Scarlet Vintage & Retro in Harlow!
St Clare Hospice will celebrate the grand opening of its brand-new store, Scarlet Vintage and Retro, on Saturday 20th October 2018 at 10am.
Scarlet Vintage & Retro is located on the town centre’s Broadwalk, and is home to a hand-picked selection of clothing and accessories dating back to the 90s and earlier, amongst other retro-style wearables, collectables and homeware. A range of premium, brand-new items are also on sale at the shop, making the store a treasure-trove for local fashion shoppers.
St Clare is inviting lovers of all things kooky and quirky to the shop’s Grand Opening event on Saturday 20th October at 3 Broadwalk, to ‘cut the ribbon’ with Harlow MP Robert Halfon, and shop the launch collection.
Commenting on the launch of the new shop, Fiona Eaton, St Clare’s Head of Retail, commented:
“We are delighted that our brand-new vintage shop is ready to launch in Harlow. Scarlet Vintage & Retro will make such a great addition to the town’s shopping centre, championing individual style and creativity for everyone who loves fashion. Vintage shops are revolutionising the way we feel about shopping, creating an outlet for sustainable and eco-friendly fashion. It’s a completely new direction for charity shops, incorporating the highly esteemed vintage and retro market which is becoming more popular all the time. Charity store shopping empowers people to embrace their own individual styles, in a wholly ethical and sustainable way.”
On the day, attendees are invited to witness the cutting of the ribbon at Scarlet Vintage & Retro, with the opportunity to shop the launch collection and experience the finished shop as one of its first customers.
