Coronavirus update | Harlow shop now open! | 7th July
We have planned a gradual, phased re-opening of our charity shops, ensuring that we have the correct safety and hygiene measures in place to protect our staff, volunteers, customers and donors.
Our Harlow shop has now opened its doors, and from Wednesday 8th July 2020 will be open from 10am – 4pm, Wednesday – Sunday.
We are excited to welcome you back to shop and donate, in line with our new safety measures as follows:
- Hand-sanitising stations
- 2m social distancing is in place
- All stock is kept in storage for 72 hours after donation
- We are encouraging contactless and card payments where possible
- Perspex screens installed at till points
Our furniture collection service remains temporarily suspended, however we will release an update on this service in due course. We kindly also ask that you do not leave any donations outside any of our nine shops, or Donation Centre.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
