Forever Flowers offer a unique way to support St Clare Hospice
Forever Flowers are a special way to honour someone you love – or simply show support for local families – while supporting the hospice that cares for people at some of the most important moments of their lives.
A Forever Flower is something you can return to year after year – whether you place it in your garden, by a loved one’s resting place or somewhere else that’s special to you.
By buying one for a suggested donation of £28, you’ll be helping St Clare Hospice continue to create moments of comfort, dignity and meaning – moments that stay with families forever.
Your Forever Flower will be available for you to collect at a special picnic at the Hospice on Sunday 14th June, where it will be displayed alongside hundreds of others, all helping to fund St Clare’s expert, compassionate care.
The event is open to everyone, so bring your family, friends and a picnic to enjoy an afternoon together, as we remember, reflect and celebrate lives that will always matter.

“Soon after Mum arrived, one of the doctors asked us: “What’s important to you?” We talked about her lifelong love of horses, never imagining what might come next. One of the team came back with an extraordinary idea. What if a horse could come to see her?
“And that’s how Pebbles arrived in the Hospice garden on a sunny afternoon. Mum was taken outside, surrounded by flowers and fresh air. As Pebbles gently lowered her silky nose towards her, something changed.
“Memories unlocked, emotions surfaced and joy appeared. In that moment, she wasn’t a patient nearing the end of her life – she was a little girl again, remembering the pit ponies of her childhood.
“That moment became an anchor for us. Amid loss and heartbreak, it gave us something beautiful to hold onto.”
