Our volunteers are at the heart of our Hospice and we would not be able to provide all of the services we offer without them. From gardening, woodwork and art classes to our Compassionate Neighbours, bereavement support groups and Inpatient Unit volunteers, there is something for everyone.

If you are under 18, we will need an ‘Additional consent form’ to be completed before we can process your application. Please be aware our minimum age for volunteers is 14 years old.

If you are under 18, there are some restrictions regarding the roles that are available. You will not be able to take on a role that involves visiting a person’s home or being with individuals away from the hospice site.

Roles for people over 85 years may be limited due to insurance restrictions.
