As Director of People & Communities at St Clare Hospice, Helen is responsible for Human Resources and Community Engagement & Involvement. She joined the charity as it was the ideal opportunity to bring her HR and leadership skills to help make St Clare a great place to work and volunteer.

She returned to the role on an interim basis in February 2025 to undertake HR project work. Helen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and has significant experience in senior roles across the hospice, charity, education and healthcare sectors.
 
Helen strives to ensure St Clare provides an environment where our people – staff and volunteers – feel supported, engaged and valued. Enabling them to deliver services to meet the needs of our community.
