She joined St Clare because it was the perfect opportunity to bring together her fundraising skills with her passion for healthcare and supporting people to live well.

Rosie joined St Clare Hospice in January 2020, having previously worked for almost 10 years in fundraising for both large and small charities. Prior to working in fundraising, Rosie had a career in retail management, as well as experience in working within the NHS. Coming from a Director of Development role at Villiers Park Educational Trust, Rosie has broad experience across a range of fundraising disciplines as well as organisational stakeholder management. Her specialism is in Philanthropy, having developed a deep understanding of major donor and trust fundraising at Alzheimer’s Research UK.

Rosie is passionate about providing excellent care for everyone whom St Clare Hospice serves, whatever point they are at in their journey. Rosie focuses on building meaningful relationships with supporters of the charity, ensuring that everybody feels genuinely valued and empowered to support St Clare, knowing the difference that their help makes to their Hospice and local people in the community.
