Shaping the future of St Clare Hospice together
At St Clare Hospice, your voice matters. Join our Hospice User Forum and share your feedback, ideas and experiences so we can continue to improve and develop our services for people who are living with a life-limiting condition, facing the end of life or experiencing bereavement.
At St Clare Hospice, we want to ensure every adult who is living with a life-limiting
condition receives the best possible care and support. So they can make the most of every moment, no matter how long they have left to live.
Our Hospice User Forum is a dedicated space for patients, family members, carers and friends who have experienced St Clare services to share their views so we can continue to meet the needs of those who rely on us now and into the future
